"We absolutely loved working with Marie. She is amazing at problem solving on the spot. Anytime something came up, she didn’t stress out, she just calmly came up with a solution. She guided us from the beginning: She asked detailed questions, provided suggestions based on experience, brought our attention to things we hadn’t considered, always communicated clearly, and flexibly incorporated last-minute changes. "We cannot say enough good things about Marie. I will be honest, when I thought about wedding planning a wedding planner was a nice idea but a nonessential, but Marie shifted my perspective on that ENTIRELY. She’s the type of planner you want to make SURE you have. Marie went above and beyond anything I imagined. She got every single detail of the day down beforehand including what we wanted to eat from our buffet and what flavor cupcakes and what drinks, so we didn’t have to lift a finger. I attended a wedding recently and it made me ALL the more thankful for Marie (which I didn’t even think was possible because we’re already so thankful for her) because I realized just how much she took care of! My husband and I said over and over that we felt like we were just crowd-surfed through the day! We didn’t have a single care in the world because Marie took care of it and all we felt was LOVE. "I started my search for a Day of Coordinator over a year prior to my September 2019 wedding. Since I am often labeled a planner, I assumed I really only needed someone to show up the day of the wedding to hold a clipboard and run through my day that I had spent almost two years planning. On my first call with Marie I was amazed by her professionalism and her knowledge of weddings with only a few under her belt. Her price was extremely reasonable and I felt a level of trust you don’t always get with wedding vendors.
Throughout the next year Marie reached out every month to check in on things and gather details so that I wasn’t bombarded right before my wedding with a million questions. In the five months leading up to the wedding we met with Marie in-person twice and every time I liked her more and was reassured on our choice to have her as our coordinator. I also soon realized the amount of work that planning a wedding and coordinating with so many vendors is – Without Marie I probably would’ve been a mess. She came by our venue a few months out to get a lay of the land and really educated my husband and I on things we overlooked – even down to helping when we made a bad decision on rehearsal dinner location.

The day of our wedding, all of my vendors knew where and when to be there because Marie had called everyone prior to the wedding and gave each vendor a detailed timeline of the day. She dealt with a vendor who caused some issues by not complying with the plan. She kept her composure, handled the situation, and kept me calm (which isn’t always easy to do). She spent hours the day leading up to my wedding helping me decorate and went over and above on clean up that night.
Overall, I can’t thank Marie enough for the amount of effort she put into my wedding. She was critical to the day going so smoothly even with the bumps we experienced. She allowed my husband and I to have such a wonderful day without any stress and let us be at ease knowing we had so much confidence in her.
It’s rare for a wedding vendor to go beyond what’s in the strict outline of a contract, but please know that Marie is going to do everything within her power to make sure your wedding day is perfect, regardless if it’s written out.
