Ben works with Heart & Soul to support his wife, Marie. He loves working with his hands, so his favorite task as part of the Heart & Soul team is moving things. He enjoys working with different members of the team each event! Ben hopes to see a baseball game at all 30 MLB stadiums. So far he's been to 10!

Kendra loves art and is extremely creative! She channels her skillset into bringing couples' event designs to life on wedding days. Her biggest advice to couples is to remember that marriage is a partnership. Try to go above and beyond to meet the needs of your partner and to remember your why!

Cris is passionate about Jesus and about being fully present with people, so they feel heard and valued. As a result, she is a great people-person on wedding days, but it might surprise you that she is actually an introvert. Her favorite part of a wedding is seeing the couple coming joyfully down the aisle together!

Roni loves spending time with her family and animals, especially when it's in nature! She also has a passion for fixing things to bring them renewed life, which might stem from her engineering PhD. During weddings, she loves listening to the toasts, because it's a great way to get to know the couple!

Arielle grew up on a 40-acre farm but now hails from just outside Richmond. She loves working with the bridal party on wedding days; there's just a certain air of excitement in the bridal suite! When she's not working in events, she is an avid reader and needlepoints to decompress at the end of the day.

Jacquelyn loves retirement and the flexibility it gives her to spend time with her 8 grandkids and work with Heart & Soul! On wedding days she loves supporting the bridal party, so they can relax and enjoy themselves before the ceremony. Another favorite is watching the groom's face as the bride enters!

Madi is passionate about self-development and is constantly pushing herself to grow in her career and personally. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, her pup Oliver, and Jesus! Madi's best advice to couples is to trust the team you've hired and enjoy the experience of your wedding day!

Caroline loves music, kids, traveling, and exploring other languages and cultures! On wedding days, she enjoys seeing the couple's personalities shine through their unique touches. Her favorite task is helping people transition seamlessly through the day according to the schedule!

Julie is a trumpet player, so her favorite part of weddings is the music! Other hobbies include birdwatching, gardening, and spending time with family. Julie's reminder to couples is that your wedding day is the beginning of the rest of your lives. The rest of your lives are far more important than the wedding day!
